the security guard at the ansp and the school are not the same person, I'm pretty sure the security guard at the parents work is unaware to the top secret abilities that they have (that's why he was talking to his friends about how he saw a flying man and he was shocked - as doosik exposed himself by flying with min). the security guard at the school is actually someone else shown in this episode ! he is aware of the abilities - as you can tell by his weird glances etc

2024-01-01 06:37:29 +0000 UTCHappy New Year guys!!! (it's already a new year where I'm from). You guys look like you just pull an all-nighter, I hope you guys can get enough sleep afterwards. Watching this episode, I'D LOVE TO SEE a series of just Doosik and Juwon together doing missions, the pairing is just so perfect! I'm gonna clarify some details from the episode below: 1. Guys, if Mihyun resent Doosik in the future, why would Mihyun set up a business out of Doosik's favorite food and the restaurant they frequently go to? hahaha. Painting the roof in purple to top it off. 2. Like Mihyun said, Doosik did all that, shooting Mihyun and stuff to look like he's been betrayed by Mihyun and deny all the relationship that they had in front of all the ANSP staffs. So the ANSP wouldn't go after Mihyun all the time, knowing that they seem really close that Doosik may come back to her. Bcs Doosik could just fly and hide and never come back, but he didn't, that shows how much Doosik loves Mihyun, and how much a strategist and the brain he is. 3. Doosik kidnapped Min and humiliated him also resulted in Min being demoted, the agency's being downsized, bcs Min being held up on a tree in front of the blue house is puzzling the government. Doosik really plan through all of those, so that the barbaric era could stop and end and he can reunite with Mihyun later. 4. The short and old agent who received Doosik in the office when Doosik arrived in the agency and who Doosik threw against the wall is the High School security guard in the present. Same actor, Kim Jongsoo :) Different person than the old security guard that tells his friends that he saw a man flying. 5. When the ANSP agents tried to capture Doosik, Doosik couldn't just fly away, he had to divert the agents' focus to him only, so that his wife and son could escape and the agents don't follow to wherever they're going (in the end Raehyuk could catch up due to his ability grr). He also lets himself be captured, to deal with what Min's up to, which we will know what later. 6. I think Raehyuk kept track of Mihyun and Bongseok initially bcs Raehyuk can turn them into hostage, if Doosik ever plans anything against what ANSP wants. And in the future there are more reasons to kept track of them which will be explained later. 7. Just like the comment above said, CIA is trying to kill all of the ex- South Korean agents to tie up loose ends that they worked together in the past and also for US to be much ahead on developing superpowered agents. I hope Bryce and Zuff see this comment and above haha. Moving has a lot going on in the plots, it's easy to miss a lot when you're not alert enough. Once again, HAPPY NEW YEAR! I hope you guys are having a wonderful time and thanks for the reactions :)

So Frank was sent by the CIA to kill the retirees because the CIA and NIS had worked together in the past so they wanted to tie up loose ends which Min explained in one of the earlier episodes. Doosik told Mihyun to give Guryongpo his knife and said Juwon would know what it means because in the flash back to their Hong Kong mission Doosik told him that he only lets special people touch his late fathers knife. This let Juwon know that it was Mihyun he needed to protect in order to make it look like they had both betrayed Doosik to the ANSP. Also watching this episode back with you guys made me notice a lot of connections to past and future episodes in the newspapers and on TV which was cool so its worth paying attention to :)
