I think what Bryce said about the rippling effect of the 'changes to the future' they made impacting this other crime and leading to the potential murder of the piano prodigy's father is true. But I think more immediately they have referred to it as being the older brother's fault because of what the piano prodigy was explaining about her experiences with these domestic abuse crimes and her motives for the murder. She emphasized that the stupid prosecutor (aka older brother) would fail at his job to get the father charged with the crime and so the piano prodigy felt she had no other option to keep her mother alive. The little brother will commit a murder because of the older brother failing to do his job. But, *fingers crossed*, hope our main characters manage to avert that potential future!

I feel like if you guys watched d.p before this one, it would’ve been easier for y’all to understand the dad’s decision to stay on the bus and attempt to talk down the soldier… and idk you would’ve been a little more empathetic about everyone involved? d.p shows the reality of mandatory military service and some of the horrors a lot of the young men are forced to endure during their time there. That kid is obviously traumatized and not mentally well as he had deserted his base and killed a cop prior to boarding the bus. I’m sure hong joo’s father recognizes the issue and thinks he could possibly talk him out of it. If he just leaves him on the bus and runs away it might cost more innocent lives, he also doesn’t want him to hurt himself. It’s just a very sad situation all around
