ROTFL Yes, that song is sung by the lead actress. Bae Suzy was an idol before acting. (She also sang the main lovey dovey song in EAW.) P.S. Hong Joo doesn't just dream about JaeChan - she dreams about anyone (including strangers, as it was seen in ep 1 with that smoker.) She did say she recently has been seeing JaeChan often in her dreams though.
