I mean Oscar is a little awkward but he was an innocent kid who had his girlfriend call him "The help", then was wrongfully sent to prison for 10 years, and had his best friend (Even if he was protecting Mabel) seemingly betray him and let him take the fall. He should be at least somewhat included- More than Jan- since it connects to his case and could potentially get him exonerated...
