i think they described jordan’s powers as defense and attack back when doing interviews. boy jordan is strong and take the hits while girl jordan can do those strong energy blasts

2024-05-16 06:31:03 +0000 UTCi'm pretty sure the "boy" jordan absorbs energy (so takes hits really well) then the other version releases that energy back. That's why they switch to the boy version when brink shoots them in the first episode. I do wish they explained it more in the show cause i had to look that up on my first watch lol
