2024-04-10 16:32:06 +0000 UTCI think this whole thing goes down to Dex being a bit lost and making bad choices ever since his mum got sick. They got together with Sylvie and I feel like that was Dex trying to act like a grown up and have a real healthy relationship and some balance in his life. Of course they love each other but they only got married because of Jazz. Also, I feel like money and status is more important to Sylvie than she would like to admit. In the episode at her parents she makes it sound like she finds her family a bit ridiculous and elitist sometimes but your upbringing and roots are what they are and you often have similar values. Especially in a family like that, seemed almost like aristocratic level of posh. They still do have their own circles. So it doesn't surprise me that Sylvie is unhappy with Dex's "normal job" and would want her husband to be wealthier, big fancy house etc. Neither Dex nor Sylvie are perfect and I just think everything happened so quickly between them that it's creating problems.

2024-04-10 01:41:11 +0000 UTCThe babies are too cute, honestly. When we see Dex with Jazz? Stop 😩 This and the next episode are some of my favorites! Also the check-in on who was born by the time of each episode is so funny (totally did the same). As far as Dex and Sylvie's cheating, I cut them some slack as when Dex says their wedding was a shotgun wedding he's clearly implying they were only getting married because Sylvie got pregnant, not because they were so in love/committed.
