yes she wasn't involved but she knew and is on their side so of course Tyler isn't going to trust her regardless if damon may have killed him

Good point! Caroline knows Tyler's a hot head. It's basically his entire personality all season 1. There wasn't a chance he'd hear about Mason's death from her and not act on it by confronting Damon (which would have inevitably turned out badly for Tyler). Was it cool she kept it from him? No. But it probably saved his life.

Murphy

Caroline didn’t have anything to do with Mason’s death. She simply knew about it. Maybe she should’ve told him instead and then Damon would kill him instantly and problem solved, right?

Aleks

Caroline was not involved in Mason’s death. She just knew about it. And telling Tyler would lead to Damon killing him.

Aleks

i get that but idk i don’t think it was that serious 😭 it was cute and thoughtful

jaselle

I was thinking the same thing they should watch Arrow I think they would enjoy it!!

elle

I take it none of you have watched Arrow cuz there was NO reaction when Brady showed up! He is played by Stephen Amell who plays Oliver Queen/Arrow himself on the CW show. I recommend, it's definitely a show I think you would enjoy. Also, this is the first time Tyler being a jerk is kind of understandable. And he did help a little in the end.

Heida

I didn't think so. I always took it to show that Stefan wanted just a second to see if she was okay before dropping Bonnie and Elena into the situation. As in just a moment between him and Caroline. If you think about it...had then just shown the three of them standing there then people would wonder why Stefan came along at all. And the focus would have immediately been on Caroline, Elena, and Bonnie. The way it was done showed the moment perfectly. Giving a brief Caroline/Stefan moment first.

Terri

me too i’m so excited

Maria

same I'm counting down the episodes 😂

Meera ☾

I liked the last scene stefen bringing both them to Caroline. It was really sweet

Jane Thomas

I understand Tyler’s anger. He found out the one person he trusted lied to him. But just standing there and watching Julies threatening Caroline is not ok. She literally put her life at risk for helping him with his transformation

Jane Thomas

The amount of times Caroline get emotionally and physically abused in this show 😭😭

Jane Thomas

I know this episode isn’t about him at all but can’t wait for the eventual introduction of Klaus 😅 I know y’all will enjoy it so much

Yeah I think I'm on Tyler's side with this one. Imagine someone you've known since Kindergarten knew that the only father figure in your life was dead and had something to do with it and you had to get that info from strangers and those strangers were actually telling the truth. It would 100% make me question our "friendship". And he still helped her in the end I think they're both entitled to their feelings but I'm on Tyler's side.

Zerose777

Haha, it's sweet to see the trio together for sure but the way Stefan and Karoline were looking at each other throughout the episode was sus, and I think the guys were commenting on how funny it seems for Stefan to "reveal" they're there instead of Elena and Bonnie just pulling up on their own (I get that that's the show's way of saying the sleepover was his idea but the execution is kinda clunky and funny).

ijbol

True, but you have to admit he couldn't reasonably trust her like before after finding out his uncle was killed and she knew the whole time (which, btw, I don't remember them explaining the reason for in this episode).

ijbol

They had a bit of a redemption arc for Tyler this season, but then this episode showed that he's actually still a massive stooge. Caroline was there for him through the hardest and most traumatic night of his life (all while putting herself at mortal risk) and he still hesitated to let her out of the cage when he knew she was being tortured. He really prioritized appeasing werewolves he's known for 5 minutes over the girl he claims to have feelings for? Lame. I don't blame her for being pissed off at him. He deserved to have that door slammed in his face.

Murphy

👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽

Namjoon'sWife

Okay. Brady.. played by the very talented Stephen Amell who also played Oliver Queen in "Arrow" for 8 seasons. That is a great show! Agreed, Uncle/Daddy John is looking dapper in this episode. Can't wait until the next episode!

Shirlene Wright

not u guys complaining about stefan doing something nice 😭😭 that part was sweet and they definitely all needed that atm

jaselle

The wolves have every right to be angry, but they still annoy me lol. I feel bad for Tyler, Caroline said you help your friend but he just learned that his "friend" was involved in his uncles death and has been lying about everything, and then Stefan holds him hostage to interrogate him. What is he supposed to think? Im not surprised he went with the wolves bc at the end of the day they are the ones who will have his back bc the vamps have their own. And damon damon damon, he is one mind fucked vampire, but we love him regardless just like every other mass murderer on the show lol.

bateman bookworm

Omg the Stefan ‘hero hair’ references are some of my faves throughout the show. I’m definitely with Damon about killing papa John. I agree with you, Bryce, Aunt Jenna should be told STAT. Rob, I was totally waiting for you to say "Get Me Damon Salvatore" when the Mayor said he was leading the council haha. The body count on TVD is gonna be considerable, Zuff, better start counting. Nooooo not Caroline. I feel like she always seems to be collateral damage when plans go awry. And yay for a Caroline/Bonnie/Elena scene they are so few and far between, I'm glad they were there for my girl unlike Tyler.

Cristy

the rest of this season is a RIDEEEEE i cant wait😭😭😭
