I like Tyler, and I can understand his confusion. However, "they" didn't murder his uncle. Damon did. Caroline found out, yes. But from her perspective - Damon was the one who abused her and almost killed her. She has no reason to believe that at this point Damon wouldn't kill Tyler in a heartbeat (if confronted). Even Stefan said that. Tyler is no match for him. Caroline was trying to protect him. Also, she knew him her whole life but they were not close. They just started getting closer. And Tyler stood by watching a group of strangers almost kill her. He didn't say anything to try and stop them. If it wasn't for the warlock turning up - Caroline would be dead. I can see why she is upset at Tyler after what she went through. Prior to this she was the only one risking her life to help him.

2024-05-03 01:56:22 +0000 UTCIt really bothers me how no one is thinking of Tyler in this situation. THEY MURDERED HIS UNCLE! Which Caroline was 100% aware of and yet that didn't stop her from goin on her "I care for you" speech. She saw how messed up the boy was and still didn't say anything . Obviously he felt betrayed and hurt, thus his actions and feelings are justified. Imagine someone you know was murdered and your friend knew who it was the whole time and said nothing, like what!?! And Caroline has known him his whole life. Crazy tbh, but this is just my take. Obviously Caroline did't deserve any of that, at all , from those people, but it's to Tyler's fault that it happened.
