The people of Kings Landing would not technically recognize Rhaenyra. No one really knows what the royal family looks like. Only a small few people do (population-wise) It’s not like they had televisions or anything. When the guy at the pub was boasting about being a half-brother to Daemon and Vyserys, his friends said that he didn’t look like them, and he responded how would you know? The small folk rarely see them
