Georgia's reaction to finding out about Ginny's self harm certainly wasn't ideal, but I think she was in shock from everything that had been going on and just lost it. The important part is that she made sure Ginny knew she is there for her. Georgia is such a strong woman, which becomes more evident for every episode that goes by.
