I love Zuff! He’s so funny. I’m happy he’s back😊

Morgan Moore

I do like that they actually delved into marcus' depression, they always have this "dark brooding" boyfriend with a dark past that magically get better, but here we actually get an explanation and him trying to work through it.

The episode was heavily focused on him, so just like he said he can put on a facade of being happy and smiling, how do you know what was going on with Ginny internally? She was likely also putting on a happy face but could sense something was wrong, hence her bringing it up. And let's not forget that they are teenagers. Heck, many grown adults don't always react rationally and calmly, so I really wasn't surprised at her reaction. Again, it just seemed so sudden and out of nowhere because the focus was on Marcus.

Marcus was acting distant the entire time and I feel that padma might had said something to

This episode is SOOO GOOD, and what's better is that the next one is even more epic. Can't wait for the reaction! And yes, Zuff, I also got goosebumps during the play :D

this episode hit me harder than i expected when i first watched it. i knew they were gonna touch on marcus’s depression at some point, but they approached much better than i had anticipated and made me cry when i finished this episode 🥹

punsiella

as someone who has struggled with depression since childhood i really like how they handled this, the marcus scenes were very relatable. i think the mental health rep in this show has been very good throughout which is so so nice to see.

I think this wins as my favourite GnG reaction. top tier!

Anna Blackberry

this could be totally just be me but for some insight for others. the few times something has been really off with partners i know immediately you can like feel it that something just not right. and my instant instinct is to try and make everything normal and wait it out...this never works but the alternative of being the one to bring it up is just too terrifying, the chance of losing them or things changing forever. for me at least Ginny isn't angry shes really scared, confused and overwhelmed.

Anna Blackberry

the press & abby reactions are killing me 😭😭

Zuff singing along to this cracked me up.

Cristy

What a great episode, so sad but so well done by everyone. The acting was top tier and I absolutely love all of the Baker family scenes. I don't want to spoil anything but next episode this will all make more sense. You're in for a wild ride.

Cristy

I also found it crazy that Ginny seemed not to notice anything and then suddenly was mad at Marcus and accused him of wanting to break up with her.. such a switch up. Unless I missed it. 🙃

Neftaly Duran

I couldn't agree more, I am absolutely baffled by people calling it just a cringe teen show, they clearly have never seen it past a few scenes.

Cristy

Marriage is a dungeon, is a dungeon

This episode broke my heart. When this season came out, I was going through a really deep depression and when I watched this episode with Marcus, it was so revealing to myself because the way he was describing his depression and how it affects his relationship with the ppl he loves was exactly how I felt. It was so nice to be seen and for my feelings to be showcased and put into words. They really did do a great job this season with the mental health aspects

Aaliyah Brown

just in time, I just got my food :)

I’ve been waiting for you guys to get to this episode! I think that intro was one of the best scenes of the whole show. I feel like it made a lot of people start to take this show more serious because they proved that this isn’t just a like unserious/funny teen show. This scene along with Ginny and georgias scene where Georgia finds out about the burning, really dives deep and showcases the realities of living with mental illness and how it can affect you as a teenager. Really really loved Marcus’s scenes this episode.
