Leighton is my favorite so im sad to see Renee Rapp not be in the show anymore but i'm happy they will at least feature her in some episodes, I can't wait to see how the story ends for her

I also think part of it may be Bela being a proxy for Mindy Kaling, who is very self-deprecating and more likely to be honest and hard on "herself" through Bela. So you get lopsidedness in the ensemble cast with Bela being more flawed than the other girls.
