i think the thing with Klaus's baby making hybrids, is cause Esther used the doppelganger to block Klaus's werewolf nature, so he needed the doppelganger to make more hybrids, it was a failsafe made by Esther to prevent hybrids. This baby doesn't have a magic spell placed on it, it would just occur like normal transition, drink hybrid blood as a werewolf, die and drink more hybrid blood
