I forgot that's how they did the Nadia reveal. Though technically right, she's a bit of a drama queen saying Katherine killed her mother 😂 But the apple doesn't fall far from the tree I guess. I do feel like the writers were trying to give Katherine some kind of redemption or sympathy after killing Jeremy in S4. Btw, they showed Katherine giving birth (and her suicide) back in S2 so we knew she had a child. I love Damon's growth from saying that he would gladly let Bonnie die in 2x18 to helping them get her back. And I also love we got the return of the diary in The Vampire DIARIES! And, though I understand where Caroline is coming from, I agree with the comments about Tyler. Klaus took everything from him and the only reason he stopped hunting him down is because of his feelings for Caroline. "A woman never forgets her first love, no matter how badly it ended." - Silas Fun fact: Shaun Sipos (Aaron) is actually two years older than Rick Cosnett (Wes).

Had Ty & Care's roles been reversed no one would bat an eye for her trying to get revenge. I could never be mad at him for trying to grieve his loss & avenge his mother in some way. When in hindsight people say what he tries to do is "unforgivable" but that's the entire reason his mom died in the first place.

2024-11-20 06:01:24 +0000 UTCagree 100% with the comment section about tyler's situation, klaus destroyed his life, yes he still has caroline but only because klaus allowed it and that sucks for tyler, imagine being with someone just because you have some permission from the man that you hate, that's humilliating, i really wished that caroline would have been more understanding to him, the whole ghosting in the beginning of the season ofc hurted her but tyler is still in mourning. a lot of things happened to him (his mom was killed in cold blood leaving him without living relatives, he lose his pack something that's hurtful in so many ways for werewolves and they were also his friends, he was betrayed by someone he trusted deeply (hayley), was humilliated multiple times by klaus to the point that he had to beg to save caroline's life, etc), when you are with someone that has gone through all of that you should know that you're not going to be his priority until he's totally healed and that's exactly what tyler's trying to do, the revenge against klaus could be seeing as stupid but that is the way of healing that he has chose, he can't just "move on" after suffering all that loses and he's totally justified

He quite literally had everything taken away from him – his life, his freedom, his mother, his friends/pack. It’s easy for Caroline to say “move on” when she didn’t go through any of that.

I understand care misses him and doesn't want him to get hurt going after Klaus but lets not forget everyone even care has plotted revenge against Klaus after he not only killed Jenna, tormented Elena/drained Elena's blood repeatedly which almost killed her, tried to sacrifice her, made stefan attack her, when he forced stefan to turn it off, killed carol, kill Tylers only pack, made stefan and damon turn Bonnies mom, made bonnie put himself in Tyler which he then let Caroline kiss him without her knowledge, made Tyler bite Caroline and infected her, he also stabbed and bit Caroline as leverage to Tyler and has done so much more to her friends and they ALL took revenge on him. Why is it when Tyler wants to she doesn't allow him to? I get it hes her boyfriend but Elena is her best friend and has put herself on the line as well to try to kill Klaus and Caroline was the pretty leverage for them to attempt these plans. There was no restraint from her in those situations? Tyler deserves to get revenge and more.
