Community Contest | Win a Free Print of Your Favorite Issue

Hello everyone,

I am excited to share with you that I have been exploring ways to offer high-quality printed versions of our supplements using print-on-demand services. In order to ensure the quality of these services, I have been testing the formatting, quality, and shipping times of various third-party print-on-demand providers, such as Lulu.

To gain a better understanding of the printing quality and shipping times of these services, I am pleased to announce that I will be sending out some free print versions of our supplements. If all goes well, I may even consider making them available on the website!

Please note that while Patreon's guidelines prohibit "Giveaways," they do permit contests and competitions. In compliance with these rules, I would like to invite you to join our first monthly Community Contest.

I will be selecting three winners to receive a free print of their favorite issue of Questline Monthly.

To participate, simply share your idea for a homebrew item or spell that fits the theme "Forge" in a comment below.

The winners will be chosen based on creativity, originality, and thematic relevance. The deadline for submissions is Sunday the 21st (05.21.2023).

Thank you for your continued support, and good luck to everyone who participates!

Best regards,

Carson

This is a very fun item hahaha! There is a poll running now to vote for a cuisine-themed supplement! This would be perfect for that 😄

Baba Lasagna's Magic Wand Wand, rare (requires attunement) This intricately crafted wand is made of polished oak and adorned with carvings of pasta shapes. It resonates with magical energy and grants the wielder the following abilities: Pasta Whip: While holding the wand, you can use an action to create a whip made of pasta noodles. Make a melee spell attack against a creature within 10 feet of you. On a hit, the target takes 3d6 bludgeoning damage and is grappled by the noodle whip. While grappled, the target takes 1d6 bludgeoning damage at the start of each of its turns. The target can use its action to make a DC 15 Strength check to break free. Meatball Storm: While holding the wand, you can use an action to summon a storm of meatballs. The storm fills a 10-foot cube within 60 feet of you. Each creature in the area must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw, taking 3d6 bludgeoning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. Lasagna Defense: While holding the wand, you can use an action to create a barrier of lasagna noodles in a 10-foot radius around yourself. The barrier lasts for 1 minute or until destroyed and provides half-cover to you and any allies behind it. Any creature that starts its turn within the barrier or moves through it must make a DC 15 Dexterity saving throw or take 2d6 piercing damage from the sharp edges of the noodles. You can use a bonus action to dismiss the barrier at any time. Once you use this ability, you can't use it again until you complete a short or long rest. While attuned to the wand, you can use each of its abilities once per day. The wand regains all expended uses at dawn after completing a long rest.
