Charity Fundraiser & Design - September Update

Here is a quick look into what the design for the upcoming "deforestation" themed issue will look like! I really thought this month's color palette came together nicely and does a good job at representing an evergreen forest!
.... but more importantly!
Charity Fundraiser:
Given the theme of this month (deforestation), it’s easy to make the connection to real-world issues! I've decided to put a portion of the funds raised this month towards a charity that fights against deforestation or similar problems.
50% of everything earned from this issue will be donated to a charity we choose as a community. We can vote for which charity we want and then I could incorporate direct links to our chosen charity within the supplement as well!
Possible charities I researched:
- Rainforest Trust
- American Forest Foundation
- Eden Reforestation Project
I’d love to hear your thoughts on this idea and if you have any experience with these charities! Or if you’d like to suggest a different charity!
