SHS Supercast coming this month!

Before I started the Game Apologist channel, I took a crack at other creative little projects. One of which was my podcast: SHS Supercast.

The name came from my comic I have periodically made over the years through and since high school (SHS: Superhero Society) even though the show itself rarely had anything to DO with the comic. This instead was a chance to show off the wonderful charisma of some of my amazing friends as we shared our opinions on pop culture news and delve into topics ranging from feminism in media to farts. (seriously.)

I won't lie to you guys, the audio quality is not great, and you can tell I had yet to find my "video voice." I usually had a bad case of mumble mouth and it was mostly 2-3 people huddled around a microphone. That and some of the topics are obviously dated. We now know how the Michael Bay produced TMNT turned out.

That said, I am still going to clean up and edit where possible, because while I might not be the most engaging host? My co-hosts are. Mike, Ike, and our friends are incredibly funny people. You cannot help but smile when Mike talks, and you cannot help but laugh along with Ike's infectious guffaws. I cannot stress it enough: These are people you want to hear. (That and the theme song by Austin Taft will rock your face off.)

This is old content to be sure, but I am also testing the water with these shows. These are the people I want to bring into projects. These are my friends, and they are SO much more interesting than me. These are the people I want to bring back for a NEW podcast, and if you give them a shot? I know you will feel the same way.

So get pumped up, I will roll these out ASAP (just need to figure out how to host this stuff) and please give me feedback so I can best decide what a new podcast will look like in the future. These will start off Patreon-exclusive with a few choice episodes probably being posted to the public, we'll see.
