Monthly Commission Raffle and Tier Reshuffling

First off, to my existing patrons, thank you guys so, so much for being a part of my Patreon, whichever tier you're at right now. Every dollar counts, and I hope you guys like what I've got so far.

I'm announcing the commencement of the Monthly Commission Raffle for patrons. The rules are hopefully simple to understand and are as follows:

• The Monthly Commission Raffle will take place on the 5th of each month, to allow for patreon transaction clearance time. 
• New patrons will be entered into raffle after their first contribution, which takes place on the 1st of every month by Patreon.
• New and existing patrons at the $5 tier and higher are eligible for this raffle.

• $5 patrons: 1 chance
• $10/$15 patrons: 2 chances
• $30/$40 patrons: 3 chances




• The names of eligible patrons will be tossed into a Random.org generator and will be drawn from there. Winner will be announced on a Patreon post and through Patreon messaging, or elsewhere, to those I'm close enough to know through social networks.
• Commissions will be free to the winner, but limited to a single-pony (OCs included) artwork with a simple background. Additional elements will be added cost. I hope this is understandable.
  
• >>Added: Patrons who get to have a free commission as part of the tier reward, will also be eligible for the raffle.
• Eligible patrons are given a number of chances to win each month. However, last month's winner will be ineligible for the next raffle.
• Winner's acknowledgement must be declared within 72 hours or be subject to forfeit, upon which time another winner will be drawn, with the previous winner's entry void, though they will be entered in the next raffle.
• The usual commission rules on dm29.deviantart.com will apply. No naughty stuff.

To kick things off, I plan to start the first raffle in a few days time, so we don't have to wait around. Existing eligible patrons will be entered in this raffle. If this turns out successful and I receive more contributors towards my Patreon, the raffle will be extended to a fortnightly event.

With this, I've retired the higher tiers and changed the commission rewards for the $30 and $40 tiers, with the introduction of this raffle. I've also reshuffled the icons around to fit the relevant pony representation correctly. Spike makes a better sidekick. Sorry if you liked being Flash Sentry.
