Added 2017-04-10 17:01:40 +0000 UTCAs given in the rules of the MCR, Joseph Jury was unavailable to claim the win before 72 hours, so it fell into Ashley Smith's hands.
This also means that Ashley will not be eligible for this month's draw, and Jury will be free to participate again. This condition was put in place and comes to effect in the event of a no-response.
With that out of the way, Rodrigo Osorio has won this month's raffle.
