2025-05-09 21:13:19 +0000 UTCI like how the show comes full circle in S8, with so many loose ends/unexplored stories from back in S1/2 coming in and making everything make more sense. Like the witch house in S2 where the 100 witches were burned at the stake and Bonnie channelled their energy. That house was such an important part of TVD and a catalyst for many things, both in S2 and S3 (that's also where Stefan hid Klaus' coffins etc). So it's nice to see everything coming full circle and we actually see the backstory of how the witches were burnt. It's quite good writing if you think about it.
