New Commission Rules from 2018

Adding to this, from 2018, unclaimed commission slots will be rolled over into deviantArt. This will offer up more opportunities for me to get commissioned outside of Patreon, while keeping prioritised to my patrons.
A reminder that I will be opening up commissions in December, AND EVERY CURRENT PATRON IS ELIGIBLE.
