fun fact! the actor who plays michael was the bartender in the show cheers, so him being a bartender in this episode was a fun little reference to that

2025-06-05 19:22:26 +0000 UTCOne continuity mishap I realized while watching is in the first episode of the show, Chidi mentions that he is from Senegal and that he is actually speaking French but that the good place changes what he says into a language others understand. Sooo why is he now speaking perfect English in the real world?
