This show is honestly so realistic it hurts. I’ve been and experienced so many of these situations especially in the early 00s. It’s nice to see these on film. That’s why I love this show.

2025-06-08 13:27:11 +0000 UTCvery excited for season 2, more great writing and crazy antics plus dealing with some heavier topics. i can’t wait until steve & derrick come in… crazy stuff 😅 also heads up as you’d already seen there is a random animated episode later in the season which may seem strange and out of nowhere but it was because of covid restrictions at the time so that was just a creative way of working around that

2025-06-08 13:22:34 +0000 UTCthis show is so quality in every way… besides being so hilarious and relatable it’s also shot so well and every side character is perfect 🤌 anna’s parents are perfectly cast… melora walters who plays anna’s mother is a great actress who’s most known for working with paul thomas anderson 🐐 and the dad is such a good representation of an average 2000s dad. all the kid actors are INCREDIBLE and so well casted too… brendan walking in with that limp bizkit tee - iconic! they really knew what they were doing with this show 😂🏆

Like how they drew on Maya's "moustache" every day of filming because Maya said she got called out on it a lot when she was a kid lol
