Hopefully, they didn’t miss the line Stiles mentioned about Jennifer Blake’s class and “Heart of Darkness” about “unreliable narrator(s)”—basically Gerard and Peter lying the entire time. To sum up, Gerard started Deucalion down this path, Deucalion was attacked by one of his own opportunistic Alphas and killed him in self-defense and learned the secret to absorbing his pack’s power by accident, and Peter is a piece of crap who got a 15-year-old girl killed, starting Derek’s beef with Ennis, and opened up the door for Derek to be manipulated by Kate just a short while later… making Peter one of the root causes for the death of his own family
