Upcoming 8:11 Changes

Not many pictures can be shown, so a text post will do^^ Big disclaimer though; there's a chance these updates/changes could leave, or permanently stay, or change drastically. If there's anything you would also like to critique the game on, air it out here!
Changes/Updates include;
Catholic imagery will be significantly watered down. I would love to (respectfully) showcase more spiritual beliefs; my main focus are on Paleolithic & Polytheism. Names so far have changed for religious figures such as: Virgin Mary, Virgil, etc.
Susan has so much potential. She needs a bigger spotlight, and I'm hoping to incorporate more of her story with the addition of Naan and Esther. Those two will still have minor rolls, but it'll be nice to see them with a semblance of characterization, and maybe even dark secrets to hide hahahahaha
Someone is going to fuck an angel and it's going to be oh so awesome. And no, Dante is not the angel in question hahahah(sorry Dante fans)
I neeeeeeed to work more traditionally. I plan to have paper puppets (for the 2nd chapter) so I mean........ once I have the money, time, motivation for that then it'll be awesome lol
I think Accardi and Juliek should talk way more about the Basilica and if they remember anything about it. Something from the first chapter feels so left out from their side(s) of the story, I hope to not forget to include this.

I have a question. Can we say that Beetle is angel? I have just started replay the game today after reading this post, and I saw some details: 1) Near the hall of basilica we can find the book about the sailor and the angel. After the story about them, there is some information about angels. One of phrases is about one kind of angels, who follow the special people to protect them from death. Beetle sometimes protect Ryker from death, for example β situation in dream, where some creatures called Ryker to return to France 2) Also, in basilica we can find a big picture of angel with bird wings. When Ryker saw it, they said, that in place, where they lived, it was customary to draw angels in the form of insects and butterflies How I know, it wasn't said anywhere that the Beetle was an angel, so, i'm interested to hear something about this idea (~'_'~)

When my friend introduced me to this game, and showed me your Dante, I immediately thought about Dante from dmc, and joked whether Vergil would be there)

Although I understand why ppl would want to keep the Catholic theme as the main but your new ideas in adding stuff like Polytheism quite intrigued me! Iβm not part of any religion but Iβm quite superstitious and love the topics of spiritual so I think with this new path, it would feel more inclusive to me. Finally sth I can understand π but the Catholic theme could still be in the background.
