Dude is intense! I definitely ain't understand that panel but I'm glad you explained it because it left me a little confused. Looking back in context from what happens and what you said, it makes sense though.

Fall off your horse!" is one of the favourite jokes of the SBR community, especially because he asks Johnny to do it first and he's like "nah" XD. Also just to clarify why the guy in white put his mouth down to his hand after shooting Gaucho: his hand was so tense from the duel that it basically locked up holding the gun, so he was lightly biting his fingers to pull them straight with his mouth to release his grip on the gun and put it away
