Well, another month has come and gone and so far most of us haven't had to travel the wasteland in search of a couple cans of fizzybrew or Countess Crey Fruit Pies, which is good news, since despite what I'd like to believe I'm pretty sure I'd star as "Skeletal Remains #1423" in that production.

Anyway!

Working on the main book today. Clearing up some things that would later be problems (mostly unit names, corrected a mis-statement with Novastar power armor, and settled down a few names regarding the Gestalts to prevent problems) but not really adding new content no matter how much I want to.

July was a fun month, to be honest. It heated up, the cicadas emerged from their 7 year hibernation, screamed for 6 days, refused to elaborate, then died. Ah, nature, so majestic with screaming insects.

It's state fair season AND if the state I'm in doesn't go back into lockdown, school starts for my granddaughters in a few weeks. They're looking forward to it. It'll be good for them to interact with peers.

Plans for the upcoming month is to weave some of the widely spaced plots somewhat together, and that includes showing next week what everyone's favorite resource hoarding omnicidal autonomous war machines have been up and why they've been absent in the war since the Great Five Way Ambush. That means the return of "Ferals Drew a Dick on My Housing" and "Heresy" along with the repercussions of the other PAWM encountering the Great Device hanging in Hellspace.

Plus, I've gotta get a good look at Terra. There's something in there, ticking at the back of my brain, and I gotta let it cook, or maybe brew.

Add in Daxin, Dee, Legion, and Peter assaulting Heaven, and things look interesting as we move from "Disaster" to the "The Long Shot" of the 6 Act Story.
