What differences were there writing for a feature length project like this rather than a youtube vid or short film? How'd you approach it differently?

Did you watch all the movies then think of a viable plot then get to writing, or did you already have an idea and did your best to make the movies scenes fit that vision? P.S. RIP Kobe
