Thinking of switching to MONTHLY

Title says it all for the most part. The reason I think it'd be beneficial for the content of this channel is I'll be able to spend time on a longer more complex video and not lose a week of money.
(a ton of ideas have been dropped because of this)
If you guys wanna see more versatility in length/style every now and then, this would be a good choice.
If I WERE to switch you'd basically all still be pledging your monthly caps regardless of how many releases there are in a month. (everyone sets it to a cap of 4 anyway, so even if I pumped out 8 a month, there wouldn't be a bonus)

Yeah I figured the logical compensation is around x4 whatever people are pledging now cause of the existing caps.
