32 Minute Lower Body Roll

Yay! A new foam rolling session! This one is for the lower body. Inside we've got:

- tibialis anteriors (shins)

- quadriceps

- hips and glutes

- outer hamstrings

- waistline (quadratus lumborum)

- upper back

-fin.
