29 Minute Trunk Roll

This week's rolling class is a half-hour steamroll from the glutes up to the neck. If you're having any lower or upper back tension, this class is for you. Please consider coupling it with the Deep Glute Dig and maybe even the Paraspinal Technique! Here's what's inside:
