60 Minute Full Body Deep Scrub

Hey Rollers!

This week is all about the BALLS. This class takes a deep dive into the tissues with deeper, spot-scrubbing techniques utilizing tennis balls, pinky balls, lacrosse balls, whatever you have. You'll need two of them! And a roller, for this class. It's a FANTASTIC idea to be a little warm before heading into this session. Post walk or workout in a warm and cozy space (it's so cold in the Bay Area right now!) will be enough to prep you for this deeper session.

Here's what we are scrubbing:

- feet

- tibialis anterior (shins)

- half pigeon on roller

- deep calf scrub with ball

- glutes and hips on roller

- deep glute dig with balls

- sacrum with balls

- up the spine with the balls

- psoas release with ball

- upper traps on roller

It's a lot and it's so worth it. Pick a playlist to keep your parasympathetic nervous system company, and enjoy!
