I too don’t poop when I’m in an unfamiliar environment on vacations for the most part unless it’s an emergency, only lasts about 4-6 days. It’s an evolutionary defense mechanism where you’re more alert because of unfamiliar surroundings so your body shuts off the impulse to shit, thus historically making you vulnerable to attack from a predator
