New Artwork and a life update

Always loved the idea of small hidden valleys.
It felt like I need to learn discipline with my colour values, so that the art does not appear to be blurry where it does not need to be. Definitely not there yet, but it's a step in the right direction.
In terms of the concept I like the idea of something being hidden at the ground of the small pond below the waterfall - or maybe behind said waterfall?
In other news, I am fortunate enough to get my eyes lasered by the end of July, and since I'm finishing a commission right now, that means my art will be a bit slower. The doctor said I'll be drawing again within a few days though, so you can be sure I will be on it as fast as possible! Thank you for being patient!
Anyways, I wish you a great week, see you soon with a sketch of a new piece that is already in the back of my mind!
