The next piece will be a bit more daring perspective wise. It is a challenge having the horizon line so far up, as it can hinder the "breathing" of a piece if there is almost no sky.
The cottage will be the point of focus, having white chalk walls and being the lightest point in the painting.
Coloring this will be a challenge, as right now, I am thinking about making the sky rather grey. This means there won't be a big range of values, which makes it difficult to differentiate it.
Anyways, I'll need to stay disciplined and keep the brush thick as to not get lost in details.
