Added 2023-07-02 13:01:01 +0000 UTCHi everyone! This whole piece took about 10 hours of work, and the colors only took about 1.5 hours of the whole amount, which is always astonishing. As you can see, the colors changed quite a bit during the process, finally arriving at a warmer tone. The grey stones added a bit of character to the landscape, which would otherwise be too bland for my taste.
I'd like to web in more airships and technology in general into my worlds - being a mixture between technology and magic. For example, the airship could be levitating due to a levitation stone that has to be infused with electricity in order to levitate the whole ship - the more energy you out into the stone, the higher it will carry you. Mixing technology and mysticism/magic could be an exciting challenge!
A feature that I also particularly like with the wizard is his color fade. I'll definitely use that technique more often in the future.
On to the next piece, this time with more water/green again! :D
