I feel this one in my EVERYTHING. What sucks is my boyfriend and I both always read like, WAY TOO MUCH into things, and then there's my husband, who has perfected the way of β¨οΈNo thoughts, just derpβ¨οΈ. He couldn't read subtext if I printed it at 1280pt font on a poster board and smacked him upside the head with it. π€£

One of the hardest and most freeing things I've done has been not reading into what people don't say. If someone is upset or is feeling a certain way, it's not my job to pull it out of them! If they say everything is good, I force myself to believe it. Adults can and should communicate. (As I scream into my own brain)
