So Wolffe (the one who gave them up) is Plo Koon's clone commander that always accompanied himl. Gregor (the crazy acting one) was the clone commando with amnesia that we saw during a single episode during that droid arc. I personally feel bad for Wolffe. He's clearly not in his right mind. The Imperials mention he makes frequent calls to them while under delusions. The old Wolffe from Clone Wars would never have sold them out, he was completely loyal to Plo in every episode they were in together. As for why Gregor acts the way he is, the explosion he was caught in at the end of the episode he appeared in gave him brain damage. Now I can't remember for sure, but I think it was retconned that Wolffe and Gregor's chips were removed after Order 66 (since Rebels came out before Season 7 of Clone Wars were Rex removed his chip). Apparently the activation of the inhibitor chips gave a lot of clones permanent brain damage, further adding to their odd behavior. On top of all of that, they have PTSD and age at twice the rate of normal humans, so their minds are not what they used to be.
