1. Sabine didnt really have a plan she was just distracting them from Ezra. 2. Anakin was never met too be the Chosen One the Jedi council just assumed it was him because it was said a Skywalker would be the chosen. I think the whole point of the mortis arc was too get Ahsoka more connected too the force hence her revival through the daughter and then in the next episode.
