2021-07-25 04:23:12 +0000 UTCThe Romulan Star Empire is another one of the original rivals of the Federation(already told you about the klingon's) hence why he is so skeptical of janeway the romulans are descendants of tuvoks people who ended up fleeing vulcan during there version of WW3. The federation and the romulan's ended up going too war again before Voyager's story ends. Also the Romulan's are based off a sort Roman Empire vibe hence why hes met too be all perfect.
