Seska is a cardassian its one civilizations the Federation was fighting before they got pulled too the delta quadrant Torres and Seska were both part of Maquis which is a fighting force against the cardassians was explained at the start of the show but you guys probably forgot :P Im pretty sure Torres is the only Klingon in this show other then a few unrealistic appearance :P youll see in the future
