I feel like that’s not common knowledge though. How is he or Dani supposed to know that only Targaryan’s could ride dragons, neither of them had anyone to tell them that, given that the Targaryan line is nearly extinct. Dani didn’t know much of anything about dragons when she got them so it didn’t surprise me neither questioned it. That is how I see it anyways

Thats why Olena told her to “be a dragon.” They are basically expecting Dany to take Westeros with no loss of life whatsoever. Kind of a high bar. Can’t think of why that would be…🙄

She also had a lead in taking the North back so I get her objectivity, it seems as if all her hard work is just being rewarded to other people who have more power. I don’t think she intentionally wants to dislike Dani but she just can’t help it. I do wish they got along. I also understand not wanting to serve someone else after fighting so hard for independence. I really love the conversations, I wish we had more time to fleash them out. I agree I feel like Arya would be down for all the armies and dragons and shit. I may be wrong but Arya hasn’t really said too much regarding it all has she?

2023-04-18 23:31:34 +0000 UTCthis is the best episode in s8 imo. all the connections. but i HATE how they made sansa dislike dany, and arya dislike and distrust her to an extent also. i’m a huge fan of dany and sansa specifically and since they’ve been through similar things i think they would’ve been friends in all reality. and with arya she would LOVE daenerys, and her dragons. :) hate the showrunners for doing this to us with them three. jenny of oldstones, the song podrick was singing, almost always makes me cry. especially when it’s him singing it for some reason. it’s about prince duncan targaryen’s wife, jenny. he gave up the crown to marry her because she was a common girl, not highborn, and he was in love with her. prince duncan and his father, aegon v or “egg,” died tragically along with countless others at summerhall. therefore “high in the halls of the kings who are gone, jenny would dance with her ghosts.”

I think he only can go to the past thru the tree and the only future vision I seen him have was when he had the extra fast vision in one of the beginning seasons.
