2023-01-31 02:24:30 +0000 UTCi believe this is my first comment since joining so hello! huge a song of ice and fire nerd and i’m excited to be here. i can help answer any questions if you have any. while i’m at it, roose left something out of his story of ramsay and his mother. in king jaehaerys i’s reign, the “lords right to the first night” was outlawed. something like this may have existed in the real world and it portrayed in the movie braveheart. basically, it just means that whoever is beneath the lord of the land (including peasants and smaller lords) must make their marriage plans known so that if the lord wishes, he can come and take the brides maidenhead before her new husband does. this is why roose did what he did: killed the man who married ramsay’s mother without his knowledge and then proceeded to r*pe her afterwards. it’s a terrible tradition but even though it was outlawed 200 years before ramsay was conceived, certain lords still continued it anyways.

I used to do the same thing with her reactions, hell I’m using the same notebook to take notes for your reactions.
