She was sent to that place to see Sir Meryn and Jaquen has always known her agenda of being faceless person, so she can't cross off the names on her list. Arya is the first highborn there too and is being given special traning and treatment which the Waif is resenting Arya for and clearly jealous of her. Jaquen has always known she Arya Stark. Dany was taken by a horde of Dothraki, like Drogos. I believe Drogon brought her here on purpose & being named after a khal and knowing when she's truly in danger yet he lets be taken. Yes Jon was okish until bitch Olly stabbed him in the ❤️.
