2023-02-09 17:47:01 +0000 UTCTo give a little background, when season 1 and 2 were airing, a lot of Star Trek fans were complaining about how the show was too intense, too dark, too much action, too plot driven, ect and other things. That’s why the threats in season 3 and 4 are dialed back some to allow for more character moments and to slow down the pacing. Personally, I was here for all the action and high stakes of season 1 and 2, but I’ve also loved 3 and 4, especially 3. I agree the few episodes ahead of the finale were a little slow, but the finale was great.
