Yes, Gemma lost her second son, Thomas, when he was 6 years old and Jax was 12 to the game congenital heart issue that Able has suffered from. She heard about a baby chocking and all she could do was help. When you're a mom, you want to help any baby you know of and even Gemma felt that. She even told them beforehand "Do you know who I am!? Do you know what I could do to you?!" And MFs need to find out.
