I imagine Rhaenerya because she actually knows the full prophecy and would've made sure her heir and their heirs knew to keep doing that. Alicent can't even teach hers to be decent human beings. BUT on the contrary, Rhaenerya's three kids are bastards and not Targaryen and Dany and her brother had the strong white hair so they Targaryen Targaryen. However didn't Rhaenerya and Daemond just have a child named Aegon, so he would be purely Targaryan. With all the contributing facts and clues I received, I am going to have to say that Dany & Jon come from Aegon's line (Rhaenerya)
