I believe this is the only borg episode in Enterprise reasonably. The borg are a main staple though in The Next Generation and will appear again in Voyager.

2024-02-15 01:34:14 +0000 UTCThe USS Enterprise followed the Borg Sphere to the past where they destroyed it. The remnants of the Sphere crash landed in the arctic circle, meanwhile a few Borg managed to transport aboard the enterprise before the sphere went down. The borg we see in this episode were on board the wreckage of the sphere but because of the archeologists/scientists machinations they managed to revive the few borg that they found on the sphere because borg have regenerative properties hence the title of the video. Yes the borg would exist at this time in the delta quadrant but only about the size of the modern day federation in Picard and Janeways time. The Sphere was ejected from a cube as a sort of escape pod before they traveled back in time thats likely what your confusing it with. And in early borg history usually all we see are the cubes
