Episode 28 is one of those kinda recap episodes where they go over everything so far in flashbacks. Theirs nothing new at all so honestly, not even like a character telling the story of what happened so far, so I say skip over 28, and do 25-27, and then jump to 29. 29 picks up right where 27 leaves off.
