Kitsune - Chizuru

Instead of drawing magical energy from the environment around them or creating it through artificial means, their bodies are natural arcane generators. Each subject generates a varying level of magical energy, and despite Earth-based lore the number of tails possessed by one, while a factor in their power, is not an accurate way to measure it by any means. By the dawn of the twenty third century, the kitsune are known to have their own empire among the stars.
